Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trailwren paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription renews automatically at the applicable rate plus taxes until cancelled. Your checkout and billing receipt show the payment details.

Open Billing in your Trailwren dashboard and select Manage billing. In the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, cancel the subscription and confirm its end date. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a future renewal charge.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Paid access continues until your subscription's end date, after which Free plan limits apply. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current payment or delete your account or documents.

Payments are generally non-refundable, including unused time in a billing period. If you believe a charge was incorrect, duplicated, or associated with a serious service issue, request a review within 7 days of the charge. A request does not guarantee approval.

The 7-day review window does not restrict rights or remedies provided by applicable law, or refunds Lemon Squeezy may issue under its own terms.

Contact contact@trailwren.com with your account email, receipt or order reference, charge date, and a description of the issue. Do not send your full card number, security code, password, or other payment credentials.

We review requests individually and may ask for information needed to investigate. Duplicate charges, billing mistakes, and serious service failures are considered on their circumstances.

Approved full or partial refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and bank; a refund is not guaranteed to appear immediately.

A refund and cancellation are separate actions. We will explain whether an approved refund also stops future renewals or changes access before processing it.

Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and may issue refunds at its discretion under its own terms, including to prevent chargebacks. Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law.
